You have to be signed up (at left) and logged in to create a league.
But once you have signed up and logged on, please note that:
We'll be charging $99 per league for the upcoming season.
While we will accept them earlier, no payments are required until May 1.
And while it has never yet happened, full refunds will be given for cancellations (for any reason) prior to July 1.
